Most people are familiar with “the devil is in the details“.   I added a link so you can discover for yourself the origin of that saying.   At Monarch Estates and Homes we wouldn’t exist if we didn’t go by our slogan, “love is in the detail”.

We are often asked, “What is it that you do, exactly?”.  It makes me smile, because that means that we are different.  I like different.  But different has no substance if it doesn’t deliver, moreover, distinctly deliver.

So, our business is in the details.  From the details of light bulbs to flushing toilets, to contract negotiations and project management.  Maybe it doesn’t seem so glamorous when you’re talking about luxury real estate and estate management, but it’s the truth.  When our clients realize that our services incorporate even the minutest of details, they trust our ability to deliver.

So, to answer what do we do exactly – we deliver the details that are involved with luxury real estate and luxury lifestyle.  Our systems are strategically planned to assist our clients every need.  When it comes to luxury real estate, clients sometimes don’t realize that “they” are the detail, the property is secondary.  Once we understand them – what they like/dislike, their style, etc. – the hard part is done.  Shopping for a property, no matter where in the world they are looking, becomes second nature when you understand the client.

So, consider the details that your real estate broker does or doesn’t know about you before you go house hunting.  (Are you with a Realtor® or a Real Estate Broker and do you know the difference?)   And then think about what can they offer you after escrow closes.  THOSE are the details that make US different.
