This program, the CEO agent, was developed after mentoring over 4000 agents and seeing their daily struggles. All real estate agents are independent contractors running their own business. Hanging your license under your broker gives you a false sense that someone else is helping you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Firstly, this program is customized to you and your business. While my systems are proven, based on the information you provide on my intake questionnaire and as we move forward, I will create a strategy that fits your needs and business.
Secondly, this is One-on-One, not Self Guided. You'll have four 1:1 private Zoom calls where you'll receive coaching and tools to grow your business.
Thirdly, this is Done-FOR-You. The marketing platform is via Kajabi and it will be set up based on your branding and marketing plan. Implemented FOR you throughout the program.
And as a Bonus, we are always a phone call, text or email away for anything you need.
This is a GREAT question! Since this is a DONE-FOR-YOU program, what we've typically found is in the 30 days, including the 1-Hour call with Laura, you'll need to devote an additional 2-hours per week. So, in total 12-Hours in the 30 days.
The caveat is for those that are "perfectionist." You know who you are and there's no shame here. Just know that it WILL take more time for you to make decisions. That's okay, but know that we've done this 1,000's of times and this will go as fast as you decide to go. We've got you but we can't make the decisions for you.
This is a 30-Day Accelerator, which means we move fast so we can get you up and running and making more money. It's a one-on-one/done-for-you program. You'll have 4 30-minute coaching sessions. These sessions will be on the same day/time slot for each session.
If we both agree and feel it's best for you to continue beyond the 3-months, then we can create a custom plan for you OR you can elect to move into my ELEVATE program, which is a 6-month commitment.
I included this because I feel it's necessary, but in almost 10 years of doing this, I've never been asked for a refund. Not once.
What I do know is that if you're concerned about working with me and my team or if this product/program is a good fit for you, then let's get on a call. If that doesn't give you peace, then we're not a good fit.
Refunds are available if the program is never utilized. If you have an emergency in your life/business and we need to pause, that's not a problem. Extensions are always granted if you can't complete the program within the 30 days. But remember, we're doing the work. You just have to make decisions and answer questions. From the minute you send the funds, we're providing you 80% of the deliverables up front. So, that's why it's hard to provide refunds.
